Martje is the embodiment of superior, operational quality. She is responsible for the management of the Office Operators Service Team who serve hundreds of customers every day. Attention to detail, creativity and pro-activity characterize Martje as someone with but one goal in mind; constantly adding value to the activities of each and every customer. Responsible for Operations, she is the driving force behind the experience of all of our customers who can call upon her permanently for optimal delivery of our product in every little detail.

Hilda knows the challenges of every single part of our service like no other. She started as a CSR at one of our business centers, became a business center manager and later she fulfilled a network-wide role as project manager operations. From here she started to focus on the reception services outside our own centers. In the meantime, this service has grown into a fully-fledged business unit for which Hilda is now commercially and operationally responsible.
